Since 1999, Olivia Ward Jeffers has provided trial consulting services to attorneys and their clients on hundreds of civil litigation matters involving antitrust, contracts, employment, environmental, insurance, intellectual property, personal injury, product liability, securities, toxic torts, medical malpractice, energy, oil & gas as well as white-collar crime issues.
Ms. Jeffers is an expert in communication consulting for litigation matters and specializes in the visualization of complex and technical concepts; she works internally with media artists to conceptualize unique and compelling demonstratives for her clients. Depending on the complexity of the case, Ms. Jeffers will recommend and oversee any number of presentation formats including 3D animation and video production. She also provides her clients with the most advanced computer-based courtroom presentations to help the trier-of-fact understand the most intricate information. Ms. Jeffers also works with Technology Consultants to help get the database and witness information in order.
Ms. Jeffers graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science from Texas Woman’s University, in Denton, Texas and has spent time living abroad in both Paris and Rome. She is also a member of Mortar Board.
